The Role
You'll lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for driving top-of-funnel pipeline and serving as the primary bridge to prospective enterprise customers. As the go-to functional expert for sales development, you'll translate high-level growth targets into daily execution, uplevel market segmentation and competitive positioning, and partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize top-of-funnel conversion.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently achieve quota, balancing daily activity metrics with long-term strategy and top-of-funnel pipeline conversion.
- Drive mastery of sales methodologies (including the COM Framework), qualification techniques, and market segmentation, serving as the functional authority your team relies on for complex positioning.
- Leverage and optimize the SDR tech stack—including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Nooks and Gong—building custom dashboards, reports, and filters to analyze performance, surface operational trends, and direct high-impact coaching.
- Test, evaluate, and scale new prospecting strategies, using empirical evidence and performance data to refine outbound tactics and improve campaign execution.
- Directly contribute to hiring, onboarding, and new-hire enablement programs that accelerate SDR ramp time, confidence, and early performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement to align outbound strategies, strengthen AE/SDR alignment, and advocate for team initiatives.
About You
- You have 3+ years of SaaS leadership experience managing SDR or BDR teams, with a proven track record of consistently leading teams to 100% of quota.
- You bring personal experience as a top-performing SDR along with a data-driven, goal-oriented mindset to every coaching opportunity and team decision.
- You are an expert in sales methodology, market segmentation, and competitive positioning, capable of teaching strategic discovery and qualification rather than relying solely on activity volume.
- You bring hands-on experience building and customizing reports, filters, and dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator to analyze conversion rates and drive performance.
- You have owned or directly contributed to hiring, new-hire enablement, and ongoing career development, helping team members succeed in role and prepare for future advancement.
- You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
