Law Firms

Having the right technology in place is crucial to your success in litigation. Gain the competitive edge with an easy-to-use, cutting edge platform that takes you from document review to trial prep.

Human Review

Easy, Blink-Speed Search
Finding the documents you need has never been easier. Our search is so fast that it returns results instantly, even across databases with millions of documents. This allows you to explore your database quickly and efficiently. Moreover, it’s quick to pick up—no need to learn regular expression or proprietary search syntaxes.

Comprehensive Exploration
Search against just about any intrinsic aspect of a document, such as the content, metadata, or presence of a foreign language. Or, search across review product, like codes, notes, binders, or who took the review action. You can also create a search term report to help triage review or settle on search terms.

Review Efficiently
With the review window context panel, you’ll see duplicates, email threads, and attachment families for each document. To speed up review, you can easily code an entire document family and create presets that let you apply codes faster.

Automation

Predictive Coding
Let technology help you find what’s relevant, faster. Our predictive coding system starts working the minute you review your first doc—no setup needed. Predictions will be ready once you’ve reviewed 200 documents, and will update continuously with ongoing review activity. It’s that simple. You can even build custom models in a matter of minutes to prepare for depositions, hearings, or the next phase of review.

Automated Assignment Workflows
Using assignments, you can design and implement automated review workflows. Create different assignment stages and documents will intelligently flow through the correct sequence of review. Reviewers can also check out additional batches of documents. With automated workflows, you can streamline and simplify review management.

Building Your Case

Chronology
Everlaw’s StoryBuilder® tools allow you to transition seamlessly from review to case-building. Using StoryBuilder® Chronology, your team can curate the most important documents in the case, centralize and consolidate case knowledge, and create timelines to visualize how storylines are related.

Outlines
Using StoryBuilder® Outlines, your team can collaboratively create review protocols, case strategies, deposition outlines, and many other types of work product. While working in Outlines, simply drag and drop documents discovered during review to relevant areas in the text. When you’re ready, export your outline to a PDF with the images of the associated documents included, and you have an electronic case file ready to go.

Security

Everlaw’s primary data source is stored on secure AWS cloud servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, which surpass industry standards for privacy and security. AWS has ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS Level 1 and SOC 1, 2, and 3, certifications, in addition to meeting global compliance standards for many other legal and security frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when it becomes enforceable in May 2018. At Everlaw, we routinely undergo rigorous security testing of our entire security infrastructure by an independent third party auditor. You can activate two-factor authentication on your cases, requiring all users to authenticate every computer or device through which they access Everlaw by providing both their password and another piece of information. The second factor can be a one-time code delivered to their email address or a rolling code from the Google Authenticator app on their mobile device.
